LEADERSHIP RETREAT. Selected mayors and municipal health officers from four provinces in Bicol namely Albay, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, and Sorsogon completed Modules 1, 2, 3 and the Pre-Colloquium Activity of the Region V Municipal Leadership and Governance Program (MLGP) and have earned their status as Candidates for Graduation in an event held last June 14, 2019 at Manila Prince Hotel, Ermita, Manila where Mayor Anthony Reyes and Ms. Diane Irene R. Menes, Public Health Nurse of the MHO, represented the municipality of Milaor, Camarines Sur. Other towns and cities that sent its participants are Camalig, Polangui, and Tabaco City from Albay; Bato, Cabusao, Lupi, Milaor, Siruma, and Iriga City from Camarines Sur; Caramoran and Pandan from Catanduanes; Gubat, Pilar, Prieto Diaz, Sta.
