MAYORS’ FORUM. Naga City Mayor Nelson Legacion is in Bangkok, Thailand attending the 5th ASEAN Mayors Forum by the United Nations Economic Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP). He discussed, among others, Naga’s progress on SDG localization and how the same helps in accelerating progress.
