CAMSUR BICOL EXPRESS FOODFEST. The Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Camarines Sur under the administration of Vice Gov. Imelda Papin and through the leadership of Gov. Migz Villafuerte in cooperation of the Department of Tourism Region V and the Department of Trade and Industry launched today, September 17, 2019, the CamSur Bicol Express Food Festival wherein on showcase via a cooking contest are the many ways of cooking and serving the popular Bicolano viand, Bicol Express, with the winning entries enjoying cash prizes of P10,000.00, P5,000.00, and P3,000.00 as first, second, and third places, respectively.
