OCTOBER 12, 2019. Tabgon, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. Vicarial Orientation on Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergency Response in the Vicariate of St. Raphael the Archangel was held at St. Dominic of Guzman Parish in Tabgon, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. The orientation was participated and supported by five Parish Priests present during the activity; Fr. Elmer Pandes-Vicar Forane, Fr. Dan Viola, Fr. Romeo Soto Jr., Fr. Salvador Crusillo Jr. and Fr. Reynaldo Chavez.
