PDRRMC. Camarines Sur Gov. Migz Villafuerte urged the representatives from the various agencies to always put in place the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) and on standby alert in preparation for Typhoon Ursula and the remainder of the holiday season. Per instruction from the governor, the PDRRMC activated an Emergency Operation Center (EOC) that served as the central coordination point of all emergency operations in the province during the typhoon.
