TUPAD PROGRAM. Camarines Sur Gov. Migz Villafuerte was personally on hand to personally distribute and fulfill the TUPAD payout in the municipality of Calabanga where tangible assistance is handed over to those who lost their jobs due to the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ).
