2nd District Representative LRay Villafuerte as ably assisted by the provincial government of CamSur under the administration of his son, Gov. Migz Villafuerte, gave farm machineries to farmers associations in the municipality of Libmanan, CamSur’s rice granary, wherein the 907 member strong may avail use of shallow tube well, pump irrigation, and thresher that will benefit their farming activities in the rice fields.
