BICOLANA OLYMPIAN

Camarines Sur Gov. Luigi Villafuerte warmly received in his Capitol office Bicolana Olympian Joanie Talagtag Delgaco of Iriga City during a simple courtesy call. Joanie, whose sport is rowing, represented the Philippines in the Paris Summer Olympics 2024 where she ranked 2nd in the Final D of the women’s single sculls and placed 20th overall at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
