Arrest of Construction Worker


At around 10:45 PM on March 17, 2025, in Zone 1, Del Rosario, Pili, Camarines Sur, personnel of Pili MPS, together with a team from CIDG Camarines Sur PFU (lead unit), arrested Edmond Alarcon y Deleña, 34 years old, single, a construction worker, and a resident of Zone 1, Del Rosario, Pili, Camarines Sur. The arrest was made by virtue of a warrant for Sexual Assault under Article 266-A(2) in relation to Section 5(B) of R.A. 7610, under Criminal Case No. P-7625. The warrant was issued by Hon. Ma. Luzy B. Torres-Clasio, Presiding Judge of the Family Court, Fifth Judicial Region, Branch 8, Pili, Camarines Sur, on March 6, 2025, with bail set at P180,000.00.


Arrest of Public School Teacher


At around 10:30 AM on March 17, 2025, in Zone 6, Brgy. Cabutagan, Lupi, Camarines Sur, the tracker team of Pamplona MPS arrested Fredie Gambosa y Villalobos, 29 years old, single, a public school teacher, and a resident of Zone 6, Brgy. Cabutagan, Lupi, Camarines Sur. He was apprehended by virtue of a warrant for two (2) counts of Lascivious Conduct under Section 5(B) of R.A. 7610, docketed under Criminal Case Nos. 2025-0278 & 0279, with no recommended bail. The warrant was issued by Hon. Jonel Martinez-Ursua, Presiding Judge of Family Court RTC Branch 28, Naga City, on March 14, 2025.


Anti-Illegal Logging Operation


At around 4:55 AM on March 18, 2025, in Brgy. Ayugao, Presentación, Camarines Sur, personnel of Presentación MPS, while patrolling their area of responsibility, discovered twelve (12) pieces of abandoned coconut lumber of varying dimensions. The confiscated lumber is now under the custody of Presentación MPS for proper disposition.


Buy-Bust Operation


At around 4:10 PM on March 18, 2025, in Zone 5, Brgy. San Roque, Bato, Camarines Sur, personnel of Bato MPS, in coordination with PDEA RO V, conducted an anti-illegal drugs buy-bust operation, resulting in the arrest of Jayson Bulacan y Dugan, 38 years old, married, a barber, and a resident of Zone 5, San Roque, Bato, Camarines Sur.


Confiscated from the suspect was one (1) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing a white crystalline substance suspected to be “shabu” (buy-bust item), in exchange for one (1) genuine Php 500.00 bill with serial number PV904146 (buy-bust money).


A body search of the suspect yielded the following additional items:


Three heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing a white crystalline substance suspected to be “shabu”


The P500.00 buy-bust money


All confiscated items are now in the custody of Bato MPS for proper disposition.


Anti-Illegal Logging Operation


At around 6:00 PM on March 18, 2025, at Liboton St., Brgy. Buluang, Baao, Camarines Sur, personnel of Baao MPS conducted an anti-illegal logging operation, resulting in the arrest of:


1. Alvin Biando y Bernas, 35 years old, married, a resident of Liboton St., Brgy. Buluang, Baao, Camarines Sur


2. Saldy Sabularse y Bazar, 43 years old, a resident of Liboton St., Brgy. Buluang, Baao, Camarines Sur (Owner/Operator of Chainsaw)


The suspects were caught in possession of the following without the necessary permits:


1 chainsaw unit


23 pieces of Mahogany logs


15 pieces of Mahogany flitches


All confiscated items are now in the custody of Baao MPS for proper disposition.



Baao MPS Nabs Two for Illegal Logging. Personnel of Baao MPS arrested two individuals in an anti-illegal logging operation on March 18, 2025, at Liboton St., Brgy. Buluang, Baao, Camarines Sur. Suspects Alvin Biando and Saldy Sabularse were caught in possession of a chainsaw, 23 mahogany logs, and 15 pieces of flitches without the necessary permits. Confiscated materials were turned over to the DENR-CENRO office in Iriga City for proper documentation.
