Dahrel Biando of Bula and Daniel Hennessy Morales of Goa, ranked 2nd and 4th respectfully in their agri-internship in Taiwan in a partneship program of the Department of Agriculture-Agricultural Training Institute (DA-ATI), Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO), and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines (TECO) wherein they represented the Province of Camarines Sur under Gov.
